The vision of Voyage LA is to create a platform that encourages collaboration and support for small businesses, independent artists and entrepreneurs, local institutions, and people who make Los Angeles fascinating. They want to transform the way people spend their money by encouraging people to spend it with independent, innovative, local entrepreneurs, small businesses, and artists rather than with giant, cookie-cutter corporations. Anna Marti was chosen to be featured in the 2022 edition of Voyage LA because of her natural, vegan lip line. They liked that everything was vegan and cruelty-free, and that it was made in Los Angeles.
Anna spent over ten years as a makeup artist and product development consultant for major cosmetic companies. Because there are so many options and not all products have the same benefits, it was difficult to identify the correct products to use and recommend to clients. She decided to take matters into her own hands and produce products that allow anyone to apply beautiful, luxury makeup without breaking their budget. She wanted to use all natural ingredients because she believes that when it comes to putting cosmetics on your face, we shouldn't have to sacrifice quality for affordability.
